    • Sure is.

      In admin site dashboard click the customise button

      Then add a new item and call it Extension Manager.

      Target = new page or current. Ususally current unless you want it to open in a new page.

      The link to add should be,

      index.php?index.php?option=com_installer

      Select an icon and save.
