Mission control not working....Fatal error

I am having this error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JToolBar::setToolBar() in /home/content/66/7471866/html/agentfamtrips-new/administrator/templates/rt_missioncontrol/lib/rtcore.class.php on line 245
I can not get in....I do not know how to disable mission control and use another template to get in until the problem is resolved...please help. Can i just delete the template file in the file manager? But how will i assign another template as default? i could not see anything in the configuartion.php file regarding a default template.
