    • but Germany made it on the 3rd place ... :-)
Not really a good game but Uruguay played like butchers on steroids.

But now the final: Holland vs Spain ...
I guess Spain will win ... (Sorry Roeland)
      Paul says the same ...

    • yea, i am happy about the 3rd place now. :)

      tonight's match... woot!!

i would like to see spain win, but fine with any result as long as it is a fair game without any bad decisions from the referee.

    • Fever pitch here already, roll on kick off and Vamos España.
I think Germany more than deserved their third place and I am sure Uruguay are more than happy with reaching the semi's

    • Oranje's players (now called the butcher boys) should have kicked the ball and not the spanish players
At least De Jong should have been sent of the field ...

    • Yep :)

The orange players have broken record of getting cards but they couldnt help as they had to save in themselves from getting even more goals from spanish players :P

I recall Brazil and I recall Puyol not being sent of either, when he stopped Robben twice, the ref put a too big mark on this match........
Big disappointment, the team was too nervous, nothing to do with being afraid of more goals, just a bad day. It could have gone either way, the one who scored won, very exciting match though.
Heitinga being sent off, made the real difference.
