User redirect after login is wrong

Hello all--
I am trying to get some advice from anyone to help me out with this problem. When logging in with my superadmin username and password, my site works great. When I sign in as a registered user, I get redirected to the ....administration/index.php... page. Does anyone have a clue as to what may be going on? I have also posted on the joomla site but no one has helped yet.
Please help!!! Thanks in advanced.

- Check your login module in Admin > Modules> Site modules > login redirect

- I have done this. I want it to return to the home page so I leave it blank. Have no idea why superadmin works but registered doesn't. I am using the colormatic template as well.
