I have a computer repair company and have been looking for a decent remote support solution (preferebly free). I would like a solution that allows users to visit a page on my site which stores the program or applet and then allows me to control their computer. Does anyone currently use one or have any recomendations.

logmein is what i use. Works on mac and pc no problem.

- well there's VNC of course, but it's not really equivalent. Requires a lot more setup and config on each end. Logmein is free for just remote control.
