    • When I see the source code of any gantry enable template - I can see a bunch of incline css and js? What's the reason for the same? Shouldn't it be a part of external css and js files?

    • Yes it "should" be.
      But there is always some kind of "tradeoff" between speed, fexibility und ease of use and customization. The inline code you see is generated dynamically from the settings of your template. Some of the newer Gantry templates (that create a lot inline stuff) have the option to write the css in to a static.css file so it can be cached.
