Does anyone of you use the iJoomla News Portal Component?

I use iJoomla News portal and iJoomla Sidebar.
The News portal is a pretty good component with a slight learning curve. But the manual that is provided explains just enough to get you around. But I have learned mostly by experimentation.
It was pretty easy to install and set up. It took me about 4 or 5 times to understand the back end and how everything was affected by what I did with the control panel to set up Sections, Categories, More News, Leading stories and Top Stories. After I got the hang of the way it was laid out it was pretty easy to get in teh groove.
iJoomla Sidebar is a neat little component that needs a few changes and it wold be a great one. I woudl say wait on this one if you are thinking about getting it. I would like to see better integration but so far with a few annoying things like having to remember which ID a certain sidebar is it does what it was supposed to do. I just wish they can integrate the side bar chooser in the story editor.

I've been using your webpage and it's just what I want from iJoomla News. However, you seem to have a problem with {mosimage} as it's viewable at the frontpage ???

I think it is because of how Newsportal handles images for the abstract of the story. If you open the story you;ll see that the {mosimage} tag works properly.
It is a minor glich in a few weeks I'm going to iJoomla with a list of bugs and suggestions. Maybe they'll fix it. But overall it doesn't matter to me if it shows up like that.
