Is it at all possible to get Andy to create a custom Template, for example me and if so how much would you charge?

If the price is right he might, I don't see why not (speculation).
The how much part usually depends to your want and needs, I have seen quotes from $150 upto $1500 - VirtueShop

- Of course, every man has his price... but he has stated a few times that he does not do custom so you'd probably have to pay big to get him to change his mind... $5000? $8000? $10000? (speculation as well)

True Just like the other forum where there volunteer for free graphics design i think you just have to explain what template you want or provide a link to a site or description how you may like yours customised and youll get help.
