    • Hi all,

      Hi all,

      One area I've always felt let down is the contact form / form creation area.

      Anybody know of a good 3'rd party extension that they would recommend?

      Here's the issue: Happy to pay for the extension but will not pay for a license on a per site basis like many request - it could become expensive!

      So a good contact form / bespoke forms extension that doesn't need a per site license?

      Here's one for rockettheme - why haven't you guys made one? You've done everything else and this seems to be a massive area that needs improvement on joomla, the contact forms always seem to leave me short. Could be my lack of knowledge of course, or could be an issue!

    • My colleagues here (David and Chris) adviced me to use RS Forms Pro.
      And I must say ... that is a fantastic product!

      The standard Joomla 1.7 contact-form is a major fail imho ...

      I must say it does seem that everybody points in the direction of RS Forms Pro - it must be good.

      Only downside is the licensing side of things and that I'll have to pay per site - much prefer paying for the component / extension then not worrying about it!

    • Have you looked at Breezing Forms from Crosstec ? They don't have a domain limit and
      their system is easy to use and configure. I've worked with it for a couple of years and think it's a great product. The limited support requests that I've submitted have been answered within the same day, much to my surprise.

      um, i was told that due to the nature of joomla 1.7's contact form formatting, there is not really a way to add styling efficiently.
