- My website URL is:

- My Joomla version number is J-2.5.6
- My Rockettheme template version number is: Ionosphere v1.4
or
- My RocketLauncher version number is: J2.5
or
- My Rok-extension version number is: J2.5 running on template Ionosphere
- My Gantry version number is 4.0.3
My issue is:
- I always have a #1 placed in the front on any article that I start and I cant get it to go away. - Last Edit: 12 years 7 months ago by MikeyKs1.

Dear Higher Ground Society,
On March 18, 2012 you purchased a single entitlement which included a single license for a single template and 60 days of support. On May 18th, your subscription expired.
Six months later you write:i think it is ridiculous that i have to pay a fee to get forum support. So now i have this website i can't fix.. Great one people!!!Without subscription fees how would you expect Rocket Theme to pay developers and moderator support staff? Even RT has fees they too have to pay. Plain and simple, it is a business.
You are welcome to purchase a new subscription and receive continued support as well as state-of-the-art access to the many wonderful extensions, other templates, updates, and more.
