I've had a post in the Misc Extensions subforum for about 2 1/2 weeks now. I've bumped it twice and there have been 88 views, but not even an acknowledgement by any members of the Rocket Team!
I've had decent service up until now. All my other topics are marked solved and I was pretty satisfied. Even tho I probably won't build any more websites after I'm done with the two I've got going, I extended my membership for a year to get the help and now I've stopped getting it.
I don't want to make a fuss or start putting a bunch of nasty posts on the forums, like a spoiled child, that's not the way to be, but I also don't know how to get help and I'm starting to feel frustrated. I sure don't like being ignored! - Last Edit: 12 years 6 months ago by Steve Seamen.
