Deployed template with launcher - installed 2.05 beta of eXplorer - along with Rob Schely's fix for the admiin index.php and includes joomla.php
Still logs out when the application is launched - searched the forums and Joomla Code site - no luck
Appreciate your help -thanks

There are like three different extensions with similar names: eXtplorer, joomlaXplorer, and JXplorer. I am not sure if they are affiliated but the one that you sound like your using, the one that requires the hotfix, is the first one.
extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...ord,plorer/cat_id,0/
If that is the case why did you use the beta and not RC1?
joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomlaxplorer/...&frs_package_id=2548
I have used it with the fix on at least 5 sites with no issues.
