Joomla to Wordpress conversion

I have a couple of sites that I would like to migrate from Joomla (one at 2.5, one at 1.7) to Wordpress. I see some services out there that do it, but does RT have a conversion utility or recommend one to do so?
Is it safe to assume that since RT creates WP and Joomla for each design, that the conversion with the design is seamless?

No we don't have that. You have to hire a developer to do this conversion.
What do you mean by seamless design? - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
