Need help with putting video on a page

Hi all I am trying to add video specifically flash video to a page. I have tried Allvideos but all I see are the tags in the module. I have tried Custom HTML advanced with no success.
Anyone have a recommendation?

For example:
{rokbox title=|Your title :: Your subtitle| size=|640 380| text=|Click here to load your .SWF in an rokbox |}images/video/your.swf{/rokbox}
activate the rokbox plugin.
