I'm working on a self storage website with a location in Phoenix Arizona. They have a competitor in the self storage space that is demanding that they change their storage logo, but only for this particular location. They have a new self storage logo, but aren't sure of the best way to brand it on the site so the logo only take effect on this particular page:

Honestly, I haven't checked the site even though you posted the link. My thoughts are that you "build" your own logo. The top logos of any industry and the top company names of any industry are those that built their name on their product or service.
With the web being a "go-to" place to post an idea, its tougher and tougher to find that title, but it can happen.
Whatever you choose, stick to it and use it on your site so you make it your's.
