siteground or hostgator?

I checked out various hosts a while ago and recommended Hostgator as the Rocket Theme templates and extensions worked well there and I found the support very good. I have just had a look again as I have some friends that need Joomla hosting and I see that Siteground is also given a good review. The cost is competitive and the speed is meant to be exceptional.
Any thoughts on Siteground and using Rocket theme bits and pieces there?

Nothing special in favor or against it. They claim that your site is completely isolated from other sites (in case you use shared hosting) and if some other site goes down you won't be affected but I guess this is something other hosting provider do also just don't advertise it as such
