Restrictions to access a page.

Hello RTeers,
I would like to help a friend who have a joomla based site. He have a page with personnal datas but he want to restric the page. To access the page, he want the visitors provide their name, address and email. I installed few months ago the users extended component. Then, when one visitors want to access the page he must provide all informations. The problem is that some poeples provide email like a@a.com or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., etc. There is no way to verify the exact email with this component.
So, the solution would be to send the link of this page to the email adress provided by the visitor; in this case, the email adress should be real.
He don't want to use the registration process to allow only registered members to look at him personnal datas...
Do you know a component that he can use to do that?
