Lost my Menu Items section

Hello,
I know this might have more to do with Ijoomla but I was hoping that someone might have a solution to my problem.
I installed Ijoomla Magazine in the Equinox Template and had some minor issues so I decided to uninstall it. When I did it would seem unless it is coincidence that I lost all my menu items. (i have posted a picture for your reference). So now I cannot select a given page for a module to be loaded on. This has halted the progress of the site and it now halted all further work. it is important that we get going again I and I desperately need a solution to fix this or perhaps a module/component '/ some kind of work around that will update them menu items section or change it so that It can be used again. I used to have like 20 to 30 items in the menu items section. now there is 4.
Any help in this manor even slight is helpful. Thank you.
Just so you know I have tried uninstalling and installing Ijoomla magazine to see if I could get the items back and they have not come back. Another solution has to do with the TRASH and emptying that. I have no items in my TRASH on the Joomla control panel. So that also is not a solution for me.
