A question transfer my file over.

I still have the old site up and I would like to transfer my user info over to the new site, however my old site did crash and I can't pull it up anymore on the net. Is there a way to bring my user info over from the old database. there are so many user folder in that database. I just don't know how or which one to bring over. Does anyone know how to do this
