    • You can't. For starters, you can hardly call that a (potential) template, can you? It's just a bunch of pictures on the screen.

    • The actual main page could be made into a working template, but not that daft menu.

      You need to reproduce the layout in Fireworks then make it into a template...or just modify an RT theme to look like it. The stucture is fairly straightforward so not a major hassle.
