Is there a Joomla extension that creates links from key words in articles?

I was wondering if there was something like this that one of you might have used?
I often see on forums a kind of google integration, that turns what looks like key words into links.
I am not looking for google functionality, but rather let's say an extension that looked at an article or even K2 items tags and then highlighted them in the article or item itself.
Any ideas?

Look on JED - I just did and found this one
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/site-management/seo-a-metadata/skyline-keyword-linking
but I haven't tried it and there are many others too.
