- He is definitely implying he made it, as you can see from the claim at the bottom of joomla-web-developerdotcom: "Designed by ____". Claiming credit for the design is a violation of the license. If this bothers you, send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Nothing much can be done TBH, It's based in India.
- Say no to Internet Explorer 6.

The licence says: "You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. You may however remove the copyright from the footer of RTTC templates if needed". If he was not changing the xml file then he was not claiming the intellectual property of the template, thus he is not violating the licence: website development has also to do with contents, and webdesign with customization. It seems more a portfolio of his customers.
Of course if he is reselling RT templates (as they were his creations) the question is totally different. - Last Edit: 17 years 4 months ago by Max Miecchi.

- Oh is that all? Yes he/she should not be claiming design of it. However after scouring it for five minutes I really couldn't see what the OP was getting at...hence the ???
