Metadata problem with browser info

Hi there, I have changed my metatags for my site but when I google the site info still reads "Joomla - the dynamic portal engine and content management system."
If I search with the tags "cork weekly" I get the joomla -info but if I search for "cork weekly newspaper" the metatags I have changed - the correct info is displayed.
I have checked on different computers to make sure that its not just a google indexing problem but the metatags still display the joomla info . Do I need to change the .php?

- its just a google cache thing .. it will be gone in a few days
