Replicant and 1.013 with Fireboard - Login, etc. problem

I'm new to Joomla/Fireboard/Replicant and have installed and configured FB 1.0.4 on a Joomla 1.0.13 site.
www.gogreenkeepitclean.com/index.php?opt..._fireboard&Itemid=64
The Login/Register/Lost Password links don't behave as expected.
Login yields: You are not authorised to view this resource.
You need to login.
Register and Lost Password links yield: Welcome!
Welcome to the User section of our site
I've searched and haven't been able to find a solution to this problem.
