Stores and Shopping Carts

When using PrintMojo and Cafepress stores, are most people using the Wrapper, or is their something else?
And is there anything I need to do in planning for shopping cart integration? I plan on going with 1Shopping Cart. I know HTML, but I'm still a Newbie with Joomla.
I'm about to move my GiggleMed.com site to a RocketTheme template, but I don't want to do it until I solve the Cafepress issue. For my JCAHOfun.com site I put links to portions of my Cafepress store in the Simplix menu, but I'd prefer the Cafepress store to be on/in my site - or at least have the same look and feel. I'd appreciate comments or ideas.
