Looking for video subscription component with timed previews

Hi,
I'm looking for a component (or solution) that will allow me to sell subscriptions to video-based content. Specifically, I would like to allow the visitor to preview a few seconds/minutes of the video content, then present them with a link to subscribe.
The only option right now that I'm aware of is MediaPass for Joomla ( www.mediapass.com/joomla/ ) a bridge component for MediaPass. This essentially does what I want, but the MediaPass takes a 30% cut of your subscription. That seems a little steep for me.
So, I'm just curious if anyone has any recommendations.

- You could just do it manually... make videos with your first few seconds and make them publicly viewable... then restrict full-length videos to registered/logged-in users
