Flash not working only in main page

Hello,
Today, I checked one of my website with IE7 (Yes, I don't use IE frequently). I use Flash player and custom modules in all pages but only in the main page Flash is not working for me ??? The player is correctly displayed in internal pages... I really don't know at this moment why I have this problem.
In a first time, I'd like to ask you to visit my website and tell me if you can see correctly the player (main page and internal pages) and the scroller modules in the main page only.
I really need to know if the issue is for everyone or only with me!

The player seems to be working ok for me on frontpage in IE7 Franck. (the one on the right that plays videos shirley temple flick)
IE7 does complain about "done but with errors" at the bottom of the browser...but stuff seemed to work ok. - Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Thanks SureLurksalot! It's a good thing for sure and I hope all other visitors can see properly the main page; since 60% of the visits are with IE, it would catastrophic.
I don't know if it's a plugin error. IE doesn't tell to install anything.
