where to start for podcast

Hi,
I've been asked to get our sermons on a podcast. Can anyone point me to a place that will show me where to start? If we already record our sermon in an mp3 format, will I need anything else?

If you record to .mp3 format, then all you really need is an mp3 player module. I have used this one, but there are others that get the job done.

Thanks. I didn't realize you actually wrote this - it's very good.
Would you have a sample xml file that is used in a joomla website? I can't get my file to work, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. If I can look at an existing one, I'm sure that I can figure it out.
