Finding native J! 1.5 extensions at joomla.org repository is painful. Am I missing some easier way to find them there? I suppose I could run in compatibility mode but am really trying to refrain from that on a site I'm currently working on. For now, I'd like to find some extensions that expand on basic functions such 'popular topics' or 'latest news'. One of my favorite extensions, JoomlaXplorer, doesn't yet seem to be native 1.5 either.

I would think that Joomla.org would make an obvious delineation between 1.5 and anything prior ( 1.x) .....
clearly what works in 1.5 needs its own area.
everything prior to 1.5,, and those that need to run in legacy should be as they are now in its current area..

OR
................
if it is to stay the same as it is currently,, some logo or halmark that is obvious and deliberate at denoting a component is current and native to 1.5 ONLY
