I need a web application that can send out auto-reponders when an email is recieved, and put the email of the client into a ticket. Then staff can login and answer these tickets, and it will send an email back to the client with the contents of the response. However, I don't really want a web ticket login for the client, just the staff, and I don't want it to look like this sort of system is in place, instead they just think its a normal email send and recieve.
Also, its not completely essential, but it would be nice if it could sort of set it out as a convosation for staff, i.e. client sends email -> client answers in backend -> client sends another email -> email added to current 'ticket' -> staff reply again
