UPDATE: I decided to modify my comments. It's amazing what one says in the midst of anger.
Well, I had a launch this weekend and my hosting company turned Register Global OFF without my permission. It hosed my site and corrupted my database - after I had spent bucks promoting the launch and several months in preparation with local clubs. What an embarrassment! Just when I needed them to come through for me, they screwed me up royally.
