Very slow site

Hey everyone,
I am using Media Mogul and with this template my site is very slow, even if I use the Joomla Page Cache component.
It takes a long time till the site answers and then more than 10 seconds to build it.
Can I optimize something?

optimise your images.

Ask the ijoomla people to remove comments from www.wunschradio.de/components/com_news_portal/news.css
Its currently 60KB+, can be optimised to 10KB or less.
These ones are all over 25KB, but can be optimised to between 300bytes and 4KB

This is a public forum, and you should be sensitive about what you post. A warning about the content of the website would have been the way to go >
. Luckily for you, it took me the same number of clicks find out the problem as it would take to leave the site... one. If you had followed my earlier post in this thread, you would know that it is in fact images that are the cause of the problem... i'm not sure how you decided they weren't. One gif is in fact more than half a megabyte!! Then there is a gif thats 250KB. Like I posted above, find out more at

- Don't worry about all that. The recommendations there were put in place 10yrs ago when everyone was on dial-up. Just fix your images and you should be alright.
