Admin pages hang

I am using Vista and Firefox and am experiencing the pages hanging in the admin. They are taking to long to load and there is a lag time between page view and being able to click on links or add content. It is really annoying and if I do not find a solution I will have to use a different template. None of my other Joomla sites do this. I am guessing that the pages are bloated with javascript and it is taking the browser a long time to draw the page.
I am using a new system and running Vista with Firefox and Joomla 1.5 and your template install package.
Have others had this problem? If so how was it fixed. I really want to solve this and am stumped. Are there modules that are creating a conflict? I am not very happy right now. >

- Seems odd... There shouldn't be any JS worth mentioning in the admin section. Provide a link please so I can run a HTML speed test.

- I was thinking about this and I think maybe it is the JCE HTML editor for Joomla 1.5. I will do some trouble shooting and let you know.
