Take site offiline: BIG Joomla logo and splash page. How to Change?

How to change the splash screen when you take your site offiline? I changed the joomla_logo.jpg, which is the only one I can find that looks similar, but it still appears. I'd like to replace it an enlarged logo from my actual site.

- The "off-line" image is called joomla_logo_black.jpg, and can be found in the main images directory, the other text is part of the global configuration. Just replace that image with your desired content.

- Also controlled by offline.php and not forgetting /templates/css/offline.css

Thanks, everyone! I thought I changed that image file name to joomla_logo_black, misspelling _bak with _black after a few beers.
I guess it came that way....couldn't figure out why it was still loading with the _black in there.
