FF3 final beta runs with better memory consumption then all the other major browsers I believe. The article I read didn't compare it with flock though.
One of these long weekends I'll give flock a test run

Sure just download the plugins and add those to the plugin folder of Flock and it should pick up the installer...
I have not tired a lot of extensions but the only one I use right now works - FireBug and ColorZilla..

Hhmm it was the Extension folder...
Save the .xpi file into the extension folder and re-launch Flock and it will ask if you want to install the extension.
See image.. Web Developer works as well...
