Mac: DVD to Mov and FLV

Hi !
I'm looking for the best sofware for Mac to convert DVD to Mov and FLV. Quality of convertion is very important because I want to convert DVDs to put them on Web (Yes, I own the copyright)! Someone are using such software? Can you share your opinion?

Hi Mike, Thanks for your help. Seems Handbrake only do convertion to MPEG-4... On my website, I use a fast player who can stream only flv and mov; I think mov would be better definition but I not tested yet. However, both formats can be easily streamed for my project.
If I use a software like handbrake it would be necessary to convert MPEG-4 to mov or flv. each time loosing quality for sure...
