Tyler, you're bound to find one that you like.
I suggest NOT having sound/ music start streaming when a user enters the site but certainly DO allow them the option to enable music.

Tell your client that it's an annoyance that makes many people immediately leave the site. I always do when I get to a site and it's starts playing anything automatically.
I think it's rude, obtrusive, unexpected, and just bad manners. Search around on the web and you'll see most people feel the same. Unless you're building a site for a 14 year old running a gaming clan, they might like that stuff.

But if they decide to add some sound to their website make sure it's good!
I mean a nice, slow and pleasing background sound as below can be rather nice.
