Importing a bunch of articles...any ideas

I have a client who has a bunch of articles:
www.hrmc.net/published_articles.shtml ; and I want to know if there is a way to import them all (can be as single articles) into joomla (using the firenzie) so that I don't have to manually import all of them. Thanks!

1. Mass Content Component: This allow you to create up to 10 articles at a time and publish them to Sections and Categories.
In you case, since you are pasting from Word, you may not want to paste the article contents, just create all the Article 'placeholders' at once.

2. JCE: This WYSIWYG editor allows you to paste from Word.
