Has Anyone Integrated Chromatophore With SMF?

Posted 17 years 4 days ago
    • Chromatophore rocks. I'd like to integrate a SMF with this theme. No bridge, just a template match like joomla.org does with their forum. I already gave this a go a couple of times without success. I'm looking for someone that knows how to do this that can help me. Anyone here with this expertise?

    • I also would like to use Chromotophore for our SMF skin, but do not know how to go about it as I am very new to Joomla. Is there a special theme, or is there a certain way to do this? I use Joomla 1.0

      Thanks in advance!

you can integrate it with this template by using the smf bridge just download the smf package at there website and upload to your server install it on the same database where you have your joomla website database on. then download the smf forum bridge from joomla.org heres a direct link to it
      extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...nk_id,132/Itemid,35/

download component and install in your backend, configure component AFTER the installation of the smf tables in your database, setup the paths in the component and your should be set. all u have to do now. is add a new menu item to your menus and your good to go.
