How to Include CSS Background (in Hivemind) images in Print Preview

Hi,
I am having issues print previewing images on my Hivemind site. None of the images that are standard with the template are appearing in my print preview. With help from members on this forum, it was explained that the logo was cloaked with blank.gif to prevent downloading. I was able to remove that cloak, and the logo now appears fine in my print preview.
However, I would like all of the other images on my site to be included in a Print Preview. Especially formatted properly in IE.
I need to get the following items included in a Print Preview:- The Active image in the RokHeadRotator module ( www.halifaxphotos.com/formaxg/industrial )
- All icons/bullets used throughout all content items. For example, www.halifaxphotos.com/formaxg/industrial...iew&id=58&Itemid=108 and www.halifaxphotos.com/formaxg/industrial...iew&id=56&Itemid=107
- On the homepage of www.halifaxphotos.com/formaxg/industrial , the 4 modules on the bottom of the page do not appear as they should in IE Print Preview and do not include the module background/header images.
If anyone has a solution to this, I would greatly appreciate your help.
I am aware of turning on the "Print Background Images" option in the user's browser, but is there a more elegant solution that will support printing background images and declaring images as css background images?
