- I did a test from a US Proxy site and it loaded flash
  no movie loaded, but thats probs because of the proxy
  but it did show that there was going to be a video rather than an image

  Hey, great idea to test it with US proxy!!! If the video does not load indeed, there is really no other way to watch the video outside US!
  Since I live in France, I can't watch these videos on my own site! ;D

  just add your IP to the htaccess "allow" list and you should be able to

  I think it's not possible through .htaccess because I created a DB with IP range from around the world. Then the script I created check where the IP come from, but I would be able to do it if I create an exception in the script... however I have a dynamic IP. In reality, it's not very important.
  
  Now I'll use the DB to geo target ads! It's something good
