It runs fine on my PC with IE6 and two other PC's with Vista and IE7.
The problem is my client has an old Inspiron PC with XP SP2 and IE7. When she tries to see the page, we get completely blank page and the drop-down help header at the top of the page advising her that she has add-ons turned off and saying to turn them on. We try to do thi, but the option to manage add-ons is greeyed out and not available. She has a similar set up at home and has the same issue at her home PC.
Does anyone know where I can download the appropriate add-ons to to run Joomla???

Is there any kind of internet security : suite installed? If so, I bet this is the issue.
Good suggestion JEM, update IE, XP SP3 is out now, although I heavily recommend grabbing the 500+ meg iso rather than using Windows Update or the 300+meg download. Use the 500+meg iso (burn to a cd) to avoid some of the problems that are occurring to some machines.
