I wanted to add two more 'keywords' and made the mistake of opening the configuration.php to do so. I added the words and saved it, then realised my mistake and removed them. Too late, now I have warnings everywhere SEE

I'm not sure what I have to do now to correct this. I have checked the files indicated in the warnings, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to change or how to do it. Your help will be very appreciated.
