Hi,
Where would I go to learn about the back end of community builder? I had a Parachat chatroom installed by someone, and now it's in "locked" mode. I can't open the folder or anything (tried clicking the name, link, switching the published to unpublished, etc.). nothing.
If anyone knows the steps to unlock it, can you share it? I'm just not sure if he's locked it, or if it's locked as a part of the Parachat program. Either way, I find it frustrating that I can't get into a program on my site, and so I'm hoping this is something having to do with the creation, saving, implementing of the program into community builder.
