  • PHP error when inserting images

    • Hello again

      I am trying to insert an image to my site in the same way I have always

      Uploaded to media manager > inserted to module using JCE editor

      Today, for the first time I am getting a PHP error when trying to upload the picture

      I have tried a few times changing file extensions (Gif, Jpeg etc)

      No idea what to do here so any help will be good

      I have attached a screen pic of the error message

    • What does the error say? It is best to use image formats such as PNG when attaching screenshots.

    • Well not really sure why this made a diffrence but I uploaded the same file I was having problems with - I changed the file name and took out the £ sign, and the file was taken on with Joomla with no problems

      Perhaps the £ sign is not a recognised character
