contact form has stopped working...

I have a contact form and 2 register forms on my website
www.gogreener.org.uk
that have stopped working and come up with an error 'Please make sure the form is complete and valid'.
I have gone into my contacts and everything seems to be in order. I have had to change a contact form to register via email at the moment.
I did remove the www's as it was causing me problems linking text etc.
