- It must be difficult to find all the people who choose to rip you off. My wife is a professional photographer and she has to guard her images carefully with all the technology available today .......... inevitably it causes higher prices for the honest customers because the artist has to protect their craft.

mmm nice designs, like Youyou states they have forgotten to remove the "designed by rockettheme.com" from the footer.
Maybe they should subscribe and post a question on the forums to learn how to do this
Seriously though this must be a member that is taking the... we must stop this as Andy works hard for us guys and does us all proud.
Have you checked the domain owners registrar to see if you can trace the owner to a member within Rockettheme? ???

ricidulious as it may be Andy -- it's a situation that you will be facing from now on again and again
my suggestion to you is to find out his ip of his site
and contact his webhosting provider
hopefully if an etical host will pull the site down... (you must read the terms of the host and see what his terms and conditions are in regards to content)
inconvience for the site owner definetly -
especailly since he may face no warning of his site being gone -- and no way to retrieve his current information
(unless he has backed up his site)
