2 Different Templates on the same Joomla site?

Hey guys,
So I'm using Catalyst on my site here: www.infinart.com - which I think looks pretty good so far.
I would like to create a subdivision, something like infinart.com/creative or creative.infinart.com to highlight the creative services the company offers - and would like to use a separate template, not catalyst.
How would I go about doing this? FYI - I use Dreamhost.

if you use the same install at your main site but want to use more than one theme,,, install both themes,, then, in your template manager assign your first theme as default to your entire site,, then,, assign your second theme ONLY to those pages you want the second theme applied to...
if subdomain,, that will take two separate installs of joomla,, and one theme applied to each install
