Login Problem on my website- Error 503 using

Hello,
I have a log in problem on my website. If a user logs in through the front page it works perfectly. But if a user tries to log in through any other page, I receive this message:
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/1.3.41 Server at mywebsite.com Port ...
Just so that you know, I also have a PHPBB forum that is linked using RokBridge. I also use the SignalLogin module.
Does anyone know a solution for this? I just launched the website and it's so disappointing to have such an issue in my first week! Thanks
