links to other sites into wrapper?

Hi, thanks for the awesome theme!
I have a site that has lots of external links to mostly the same site.
Should I have them be their own window,
or
have a wrapper appear when they go to that link. And, would the wrapper be the same window or a new window?
Any ideas?
I can't figure out the code to create a hyperlink and have it bring up the wrapper.
The site is: http://www.loganhunt.com this is the test site for a plastic surgeon's site, and there are a lot of links going to the association of plastic surgeons. But I don't want the customer to leave and search for another surgeon.
